Mike is classically trained musician, having played electric bass and synth in a 90’s American Shoegazer band, self-produced 5 albums & toured the US. He spent time in the early 2000’s in Boston at Berklee College of Music studying Engineering and Business, completing the program Mange Cum Laude. Afterward Mike moved to New York City and helped operate a start-up internet radio company, TribecaRadio.Net. This venue acted as a launchpad to a major radio broadcast company, CBS Radio, where he spent time with a unique software development team and built a widely adopted & revered global streaming platform.
His collaborative nature has contributed in successfully developing great products with great people, bringing to the table enthusiastic and dedicated expertise in consumer and business facing web applications, broadcast, digital technology, new media, ITFM, music and entertainment platforms and services. After resigning from CBS in 2012, he chose a lead operations role at asset based consulting company, Criterion Advisory, responsible for corporate development, client engagements, and product development of their ITFM and BI software platform.
On the side, along with his co-founder, Mike started his own software development firm, MoZo Software, launching a pilot product in late 2013, “Styledolls”, a platform for consumers to shop top brands and retailers through their own customized mannequins. Mike’s passion and enthusiasm for music lead him back to the space by teaming up with MiMFL in early 2104 with his former colleague and MiMFL CEO, Ray Archie and the rest of the team.
